I am not a flathead guy so I need some advice. I don't think a generator will fit straight on this and before I order stuff I wanted to get some info. I have seen the offset brackets but they list them for 49-53. Do they not work on this setup because of the water lines? Should I change intakes? I can't run an alternator on this thing I just can't. Suggestions? Measures about 7 inches from the mounting flange to the carb.
Yes ,with that manifold a genney will fit in the stock location. The "Super" dual carb manifold had the carbs sitting right over the ports,that need the offset bracket.
