I could see building a head using say 1/4" or 3/8" sheetmetal, layered one on top of another, effectively slicing the head in 1/4" or 3/8" increments. This would allow you to cut your p***ages with a torch or a hack saw if you wanted to. Sealing between the layers would be the only problem. Is there a process one could use where there was maybe a paste applied between layers and the pieces sandwiched under pressure and/or heat to seal or join them? Or Could the head bolts apply enough torque to seal?
