Can it be done?

    I could see building a head using say 1/4" or 3/8" sheetmetal, layered one on top of another, effectively slicing the head in 1/4" or 3/8" increments.
    This would allow you to cut your p***ages with a torch or a hack saw if you wanted to.

    Sealing between the layers would be the only problem.

    Is there a process one could use where there was maybe a paste applied between layers and the pieces sandwiched under pressure and/or heat to seal or join them?

    Or Could the head bolts apply enough torque to seal?
