Can no longer upload photos to my albums.!!

I have been trying to upload photos to my albums and I get an ERROR saying that it is too large. The items in question are only around the 2. o5-2.40 MB size and are a lot smaller than many I have already loadedand have had no problems in the past.
SO, Mods is there an issue in the system?

Had to drop the pixel quality on my camera by one setting, but that not a problem for me.

 

Still saying ERROR. The pic I tried to upload to my album was 2.11MB. JW
