I have a 1952 chev 2 door post that I'm in the process of getting back on the road and I wanted to check the numbers on it. I'm not sure if its a style line, belair, etc. I looked everywhere I could find on the good ol net and I can't match them up. Hopefully one of the knowledgable members on here knows or can point me in the right direction. The numbers are as follows

    Model 12-11. Serial 2121143685. Engine 582029.
    Trim 476. Body serial 7049. Paint 256

  2. 1211 is the style number for the base model Styleline Special two door sedan. The engine number should have a prefix KA and the numbers go from KA 1001 to KA 860773 so yours is about 2/3 the way through. There might be a casting date on the block to give a more exact date. Your serial number doesn't match the sequence in the book though. This info is from The Standard Catalog.
