can someone ID these bumpers

can someone help me out, if these bumpers came out of another car. I know for sure that the car did not came with them. here are some pics front and back and side views.

They look like aftermarket bumpers to me.

do you know what year studebaker it was?

 

Whatever they came from, they look like they've been flipped upside down to me.

 

thats what i was thinking also, thats why i think they came off another car and is not aftermarket. But they can be aftermarket bumpers or custom ones, grrr i have no clue
