Trying to find out what vehicle this was part of, It has a single filament bulb that lights up the red light and license plate light. The light socket has been modified so I am not sure that was how it worked. Any ideas?

The chrome portion looks like a Mopar piece, but the the white license plate
bracket seems to be an add on. The chrome piece was probably mounted on the
trunk lid by its self. The license plate hanger was not part of the original package.
