Technical Can someone tell me what model this '37 Ford is?

The business cpe was new for 1940. Club cpe (all were deluxe) was carried thru 39 according to literature I have but I've never seen one. 38, yes. Later, in the 41 model year, the club cpe became a sedan coupe. 40 did have a club coupe and biz coupe, that called out jump seats and pkg tray respectively.
