Just turn the tank 90*, instant room for hood n grill/shell.
Sure wish more detail pics were available. Not too many different frame-styles used, but loads of ways of mounting things. Details, details... :D .

Here is one we found in Southern Il. With help from Marcus (nrgwizard) verified that it is a Speedway VX23. Car is a complete time capsule with some add ons by prior owners. They added front brakes, coil overs, and front bumper. Doubt that frame is chromemoly and don’t how to tell if it is. After driving this a few miles to local show, would think Dragmaster version with no front brakes and skinny tires would be a real handful. The white one with cowl steering and metalwork under bed is really nice. 91332630-BE7B-440D-AE72-ECDDAE121A87.jpeg A9E150CE-BC6B-4E50-A4EC-513DE7CB3616.jpeg 65C390C8-13D5-4378-8C32-79D710B88C3E.jpeg DAF27BD4-A99E-4748-842B-688F3528A15C.jpeg
