History Can you identify this car?

I'm trying to help one of my former college professors date an image. We believe the picture was taken during the 1936 strike at Wheeling Steel Corporation's Portsmouth Works. Any ideas on the car? (I know I'm asking a lot!)

 

Looks like a 1935 Buick to me.
