Been there and won, glad to hear yours is beat too. As an ex TAA mechanic, I'd love to see that show, but it's a bit of a drive for me. Good luck with it all, keep on keeping on!
A few months ago our daughter had a double mastectamy. Recently she completed radiation....no chemo required.
Glad some here have made it, I'm averaging 2-3 friends a year that don't, tomorrow will be the 14 year anniversary of my Niece passing at 35. Keep up the good fight fellas, good to see some coming out the other side.
Mark I believe everyone understands the reasons for no profanity However I’ll bet everyone agrees with the original title I know I do!!! Carry on the fight Dan
Hey Grant, glad you are doing well. Steve Blatt has kept me informed.Glad you are still playing with your toys
Want to say how I've been there and won that. I took a T-cell transplant. Then my system rejected it ???
2 time survivor, 2018, and a repeat in 2019. Glad to be alive, many of us will be lifelong cancer patients. I crossed paths with many fighters as I dealt with mine, many fighting much more serious battles than I thought I was. I get tested often, and will as long as I live. Life will never be the same for me, but I thank God for being alive. Fight like Hell. Good luck to you all. Yeah, Fuck Cancer.
Glad to hear you beat it. Live every day like it was your last, because if it isn’t cancer that gets us then it will be some left turning idiot, a cell phone user not paying attention, or one of a thousand other things that can take us out of this world. Lost my Mom to cancer 13 years ago, Dad just beat it this summer. Lost several other relatives and friends to it as well, but a friend who is a Vietnam vet just beat it this year as well. Live life well!
Attitude is everything. SWMBO had a mixed glioma brain tumor removed 23 years ago. This is the type usually with a 12 to 18 month survival period. Very few make it past 5 years (<1%). Even less get to 10 years. Maybe 2 or 3 have passed 20 years. On top of that she earned 2 master's degrees, after the surgery. A tune up in 2017, and breast cancer in 2018, unrelated to the brain tumor, and she's living proof that it can be done. So keep up the good fight and beat that $#!+! I'm pulling for everyone of you.
