Yesterday i faxed my last "love letter" to them, since their email was not working and they don't read their mail. Low and behold, i got a response. They actually wanted to talk to me, well at least one guy did!. Had a civilized conversation with some one who will look into my beef about their non-heat treated heads. He could not answer , why it has taken a full month to get a reply to me. Now he is going to verify what i have been trying to tell them and actually get back to me the first of next week. Guess they want to do their own hardness testing to verify the tests i had done. Will update here next week on their issue to resolve my bitching. I may not get to do some free advertising for them after all. Time will tell. Thanks for those who responded last week.
