Cannot respond in threads

The app has a message at the bottom of each thread that says "you do not have permission to reply"
It seems I can create a thread, but not reply. This makes my build thread stagnant.
I tried uninstalling the app and then reinstalling, but no change.
Any ideas?

Hang on. I may have figured it out.

 

Also you can't reply to the cl***ifieds. HRP

 

My old lady usurps the pc and the browser on my phone displays HAMB oddly. The good news is that I think I traced the problem to when my phone turns off or restarts, it auto logs back in to apps.
This function does not seem to work with HAMB. I simply logged back out, restarted the phone, and logged back in.
