I plan to have it ready for upholstery this weekend. I just hope he can get it done in time for the show. Only two weeks left.

Sorry no updates. The last few days are blurred together. I've slept about 4 hours in the last 4 days and can't do it any more. I'm two days behind schedule and will drive it over to upholstery in the morning. I'm 99.9% done with what I have to do, now I can only pray he can get it done in time for the show. I hate to think I killed myself and worked this hard to fail now. Oh well, we will see.
Let me sleep a few days and I will post the pictures I have taken. Night.....

 

If it stops being fun, take a break. There's lots of shows. Looks awesome and I can't wait to see it finished.

 

Yea, don't freak out by not making a show............there are lots of shows, and plenty of time to enjoy your ride, but not if your dead. Working for days without sleep is really bad for ya, I used to do it allot.

Car looks really good. Be proud of yourself.

Got it finished up this morning and drove it around the block to test it out. All I can say is WOW. I drove it the 15 miles to the upholstery shop and man that was fun! What a handful! Just the pipes with no inserts so It was loud as hell! Oh ya, I don't have the glass for the windshield so it was a blast in more ways than one. It's going to be weird with no hot rod in the shop......

 

Yeeeaaahhhhhhoooooo! That 'lil drive had to be fun!!

Will it be hard for you to leave it in someone else's hands for a while? I know it was real hard for me and I'm not the hand's on guy that you are...
