This one belongs to a friend of mine. Has swing out windshield, cowl vent, good looking fire wall and external hinges. All glass body and was a steal of a buy. He's on the HAMB as Buickwagon56 Since the pictures were taken he has added the feet at the base of the cowl.
You work within your budget and you'll have great fun with cars. Step out and above the hobby can become a burden.

I too tried to make my Ravon glass body look like steel. I bought the body with out doors and decklid hung. put outside hinges, fold out windshield, steel cowl vent, roll down rear window, steel louver decklid, brookville shell, steel louver hood.

Good looking build! Throw some cans behind the seat and they'll rattle when you go down the road and sound like metal. :D

    ;) Love the work done!

I finished with the floor and called my friends again for the move and yes, it's heaver! My back is done! Now time for the fun part, prep for paint. I have the roller on one side of the shop and body on the other. I need to get the brakes and fuel plumbed then prime the body.

these two pictures alone are a good enuff reason for anybody not liking
'glass cars as a rule to change their mind.
Im no fan of fiberglass simply because most of this bodies are seen
on cars that would look like shit even if they were built in 1945
    and out of steel.
Useing a 'glass body pullin such a quality build is totally another story.

Has any of you checkt out Skirv's profile?
Theres a gallery showing many details of his 'glass 32, and most are soooo
neat im really surprised at what he said. But then again, theres no limit to
    human stupidity.

To the frame shot now. Doesnt it scream HOOOOOOOT ROOOOOOOOOOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!
