Can't decide, love 'em both!

I ran the same setup on my 23 and had the scoops turned around backwards, but on your car I actually think the round air cleaners fit the style a little more.

Like the bug scoops. They start making boost over 100 mph !

 

Thanks, Don, for all your help and suggestions for the installation, very much appreciated! Can't run the scoops in reverse, a notch in the carb lip at the back leaves no place for the set screw. I run hoodless, kinda lean towards the helmet style myself.

i like the helmet style too. how does it run with that carb set up? are you using both accelerator pumps? did you have to change the power valves?
