Cant leave a post

I have been a member since 2010, but was inactive for a while. Now I am "insufficient" to make posts!
How do I get that changed?

Yes, couldnt reply to a cl***ified add. Had done so many times in the past. Guess I have to post here for a while to become "sufficient".

All of my activity was before all the changes to the site. I have purchased through HAMB in the past as well as received helpful advice from other members. But as mentioned, I hadnt been active for quite a while.
