cant reply to ads

Hi Can some one tell me please why I cant reply to ads..
I have replied to them before but now I get a page come up saying I don't have permision.
Hope someone can explain or help

 

Been a week or so since someone asked. Go read the classifies rules and it will all become clear.

Thanks for your reply, I looked and all I can see is it says I cant reply,I cant place attachments etc.
unless I'm looking in the wrong part it doesnt say why?
