    Hello all,

I have my 1954 235 with hydraulic lifters (powerglide engine) upside down on my engine stand in the garage. My stupid self didn't make solid enough timing marks so when I wiped grease off it, the marks came with it. I have the shop manual here and it mentions "align the keys to match the cam and crank gears"

the head is off. Cam is in. crank is in. flywheel and distributor are off.

Are these my timing marks? Which would then mean my timing is off one tooth? (see attached)

    Thanks guys!!

According to my Motors Manual the timing marks should line up with each other... [illustration shown] that makes yours one tooth off.
