I LOVE IT! so tell us more about that grille surround? Looks like a 58/59 t-bird mixed with a 52 merc?? very very nice bro! and the recessing of the headlight bezels looks very organic! no stick on afterthought going on
Love it! Will add som Swedish 60's customs here soon. Was very popular with canted quads in Sweden in the 60's and early 70's
According to a magazine I have from 1984, this car was built in 1958 and ressurected sometime in the early 80's by a dude named Barry Atkins.. Some seem to think the car was originaly built by George Liddle from Chicago . The car was painted Heavy Flake Teal and may have been Named " Barracuda"???? the jury is still out on this one...
Mine came right from the factory, but they're still canted quads. Like if horn rimmed glasses were a car. Love the look.
I believe the story behind this car was that this car was a graduation present or something to a kid from his father, his father bought it and sent and out to get customized and when he unveiled it the kid didnt like it. I may be wrong...I think CHOPMERC on here knows the story better.
ungrateful little bastards!!! and squablow, I have the headlights and grille set up just waiting for the right effie to come my way
