Just got back from the Capaha swap meet at Cape. It was damn cold at 6:00, I was done at 8:30 and it was still 21°. Didn't buy anything except a U-joint for the steering to hook up the Mustang II rack to my Nova. I don't know if it was because it's been so bad the last couple of weeks or what but there weren't as many vendors as usual. Somebody said they were charging more this year. It turned out to be more of a shopping trip for my wife and daughter and an excuse to get out of town for a weekend.

I didn't get there 'till 8:30 and hung around till about noon. It barely got to 32. For $225 I reluctantly walked away from the Contintental (?) flat four air cooled engine. That was begging to be put in something, maybe a medium frame motorcycle. Like a little brother to the corvair powered bike Grabowski built. I also wanted to buy the old springer bike in the trailer just outside the west gate, the one that had the 3 rib Plymouth bumper in it. I don't know why I didn't get a couple pictures of that stuff, it's still out there some where!
