I you are in a car club and have a cruise in every week at the same place should the club have insurance?
If so does anyone have an idea of what it would cost per year?
    Thanks Larry

If you have the cruse in the parking lot of a resturant or hotel, and you have their permission to do so, their insurance should cover your liability.

  3. This is from Rod & Custom Sept. 1970 article "The lowdown on car clubs by LeRoi Tex Smith. "Very important to any car club, and too often overlooked, is the need to incorporate under applicable state laws. This may seem like a hang-up, but truth being what it is, there are opportunists just looking to collect on someone not protected by such laws. This way, if an unfortunate accident should occur to one member, there will be no recourse to hold all the others liable. Incorporation usually costs a bit of money, but if you look up a friendly lawyer, he will probably reduce some of the expense." I thought this may come in handy for you.

Not a "club", just a bunch of guys who like old cars which happen to have the same name painted on them. That's all.
