Hot Rods Car club

Does anyone know if you have to register your club or where to register a car club ? My dad was in a car club many years ago , and in his memory i was going to start it back up . So if any buddy can point me in the right direction , i would really appreciate it ..

hell, we just get together a cruise, hang out at shows, ect. Gotton to the point now that people know who we are!

The only thing our club registers are *** offenders. So far Breeder is the only one.
