Car Jacked

So there is a guy named "Jason" here in WA state that still owes $1000.00 on my old 51 ford club coupe, he was in the "Roadmen" but no longer and his phone is dead, trying to get the car back, unforchenetley the ***le was transferd so he could show off his steel working skills as it has perm plates and so you need the ***le to drive it, no reg here in WA under that, The DOL says I have to take him to court, but cant find the SOB, so if any one has seen him or know where he is let me know or Mike and Crystal.

I didnt sighn over the ***le, he must have forged it, and had a freind say he was me to get it transferd, with perm plate ***le you have to go in with the owner to transfer.

Guy was suposed to be kool, so yeah, I made a mistake, but he has to live with it and now avoid me......He repainted it and destressed the paint "Rat Rod" style, Sacreligis I know, cross waffle hubcaps and pinstripping from a five year old!!

You need to talk to a lawyer. You can take him to small claims court. The court system can find him through the registration or atleast thats a starting point.

How did he commit fraud on the ***le? Did you or did you not sign it over?

 

Hopefully he's hiding in the hospital.

 

Thats why you take him to court and let the courts find him, you pay the court for that and sue him for that cost too.

 

Simple report the car stolen, you say you still have a legal ***le in your name. Then when the DMV runs the vin they will find it has been re-issued, then they will advise the PoPo where his current address is, then they will notify you when the car is found.

When you report the car stolen make sure to have a valid ***le and be sure to explain that the car was being loaned to a friend who has disappeared and you suspect fowl play may be involved.

Before you report it stolen check to find out what filing a false police report will cost ya. None of the PD I know take very kindly to that.....
