Carb and Radio.. what are they from?

I found these in my shop as I was cleaning up. Don't now what car(s) they are from, as there weren't any old cars on the property when we bought it. The carb says Stromberg Model 'W'. The radio just says 'Deluxe'.

And for the gold star.. I have no idea what this is. It's really heavy, though! The white part turns, and there is a little decorative carving on the top and bottom, nothing too fancy. Can anyone help me identify it?

Carb looks like Slant 6 MoPar,
Radio could possbly be Vaiant~dart.. Early 60s vintage.

The radio looks like 59,60's Chev to me. See if it says Delco somewhere on the case.
