Carb for my 8BA flathead

I need a simple and dependable carb for my motor. I've tried rebuilding two 92F carbs several times. They seem to idle fine sometimes and then quit without reason. Other times, it will pour fuel from the acc pump. I discovered that there are two different kits (one has better seals). Am I simply using the wrong carb for my project? Is there a better choice?

 

I take that back, gentlemen. I have a carb that says "94" on the back side of it.
