carb help please

i have a Holley R-4518-1A 1 bbl carb on my 63 ford f100 w a 223 new rebuilt from ebay . put it on truck ran great for about 4 days and now when i push gas she falls on her face and dies new cap plugs rotor wires coil point ect is this a carb or ignition problem please help

 

Normally if the engine momentarily stalls when you push on the gas pedal its the accelerator pump in the carb...
