I'm building a 28 Model A RPU. I'm using a down draft intake on the A motor and I have a Ford 8BA carb. Do I need to change the jetting or set up on the carb to run on my Model A motor and does the vacuum line connection on the back of the carb get plugged?
You can plug the little vac reference. The stock jetting for that carb are 51's. That's a great place to start as it's matched to the carb pretty good.
