Does the tunnel ram have a removable top? If so after to check it for flat you could just have it faced. Holley throttle shafts are O ringed and when they get lose you can pull the shaft and put new O rings in. Just for future reference. For you Carter/Rochester guys no need to trash a carb that gets loose either. you can buy a kit for the AFBs and for the Quadrajets that allows you to bush them. After you do the first one all you need to buy for the next 27 or so is the bushings as you already have the tools. Anyway it is free information for anyone who wants it and has no bearing on this thread.
