Rebuilding a 241 dodge red ram hemi and all I’m seeing available is a 3 Duce manifold to upgrade , so what carburetors are best suited for a 10/1 compression 240 lift hyd cam wit stock dim. heads to not over carburetor it ? All help appreciated

Holley has a 4160 390 cfm 4-barrel carburetor (0-8007) that would do well, if you have the right manifold/adapter, but it's not cheap. You want to keep the cfm rating around 400/w vacuum secondaries.

New reproduction Offenhouser 4-barrel manifolds are available and include an adapter for Holley carbs, P/N 50013, $750.

    I have a customer running a 270 Red Ram.

It has three 94's with 2.5-in-Hg power valves. It runs on the center, with the outer two coming in at 50% throttle, only opening half-way.

    It runs great.

I’d totally run a trio of 97s on that red ram. The legit ones from England not speedway's ones made a bit west of California.

I’ve been running three of them on my blown Flathead for 5 years now without issue.

I had a tri power on my 241 and tried both the stromberg 97 and ford 94s . I ran the 94s for about 5 years and like @gimpyshotrods said running of the center and my outer carbs ran a bit tighter at about 70%.
I tried a 4x2 but had to run 97s because of size and needed another distributor as it’s tight. I ended up with a 6x2 from a buddy @silent rick and still run that today . I tried using all 6 using 81s but ran Fat and started blocking off carbs to get a good combo. The setup now has two 48s in the center and blocked off ends . I know it’s not right to block off carbs but the setup looks wicked cool. I have another motor I’m building and that one will have enough balls to run all 6 carbs.

John, have you tried 81's, either on the 4x2 or at the corners on the 6x2?

haven't fired it yet but I have a pair of 250 cfm big flow 97's on a 2x2 edmunds, it's 10:1 with larger 270 intake valves and a re-ground cam

I thought that was for the 315 and 325 ? Will it fit the 241 ?

600 cfm Holley (with vac. secondaries) work great on my old 260+.30 SBF back in the day.
Does anybody make a hi-rise intake for the Lil Red Ram ? There's a lot to be said for simplicity....

I like the look of the 2 x 2 250s, but I think fuel distribution with carburetors on the opposite ends of the manifold would be less than optimal. In that regard, I think a single 4 barrel would be better (and simpler). Sometimes you have to choose between looks and performance, but cost is also a consideration.

The WCFB carburetor was rated 400 cfm.

@silent rick I haven’t tried the 81s in the corners yet and will do that on my new motor if she runs fat.
I do like the look of the 2x2 and with 250cfms that should run great plus with the Flamethrower that’s a awesome setup.
