Spring is here and I've been looking forward to this all winter! How many Hambers will be attending the spring Carlisle car show and swap meet this year?
I'm hoping to attend. Don't need anything in particular, but just enjoy being there and "pounding the pavement". I'm bound to find something of interest to drag home.

Hard to believe but I've been going just shy of 30 years now- wouldn't seem like spring without Carlisle. Me and the missus will be tryin to peddle enough junk to make room for what we drag home at NI25/26.
First timer here... going with my Dad on Friday and looking for tips on how to cover the most ground in 1 day. I'm leaving Jersey at 4am so I should be there by 7-8.
.....Wear comfortable shoes, stay hydrated, get organized (not only make a list of what you might be looking for, but take a minute to figure out how to tackle the event without back-tracking). As some have said, the "hill" is steep, might want to knock that area out first before you get tired, and you WILL get tired Don't waste time looking too long at something you might only be minimally interested in. We're talking something like 70 acres you're trying to see in one day. Keep moving.
