Technical Carter WA-1 carburetor

I have a 50 Olds with the 257 ci flat head six, anyone know how much fuel pressure that the WA-1 carb will handle? Someone at sometime put an electric fuel pump on it and I’m certain it has too much fuel pressure.

Three and one/half psi if the original fuel valve is in the carb.

Maybe two psi if an aftermarket kit with too large an orifice valve has been installed.
