I know Fenton, but who else made them back in the day. Going through a bunch, this one which seems 235 Chevy, but no maker. I know its old ( mid 60's at the newest ) only marking is 501. Would like to find the missing piece but have no idea what name to look for. Did Fenton ever make ones without there name on it? When did the first cast headers come out?
It's a Fenton product. It was one of those "do it yourself" deals that involved cutting the stock exhaust manifold in half and using it in conjunction with the header you've got pictured here. That being said, now that I told you what it is, you have to give it to me.
So your saying there is no other 1/2 ?? Just cut the one you have and add this? Should be more things like that ,kinda DIY
That's correct. When you purchased the front casting from Fenton, it came with a cast iron square that was to be used to block off the opening created by sawing the stock manifold in half.
