changing side back window on a 31 ford

Can anyone tell me how to change a side window on my 31 ford tudor? not the one on the door. The one in the back. I have taken the side panel and metal that holds the crank mechanism off. The window is sitting in the weatherstriping and it can't do anything but move up and down. Also, can you ford guys tell me where I can purchase a repair manual for a 1931 tudor? Thanks.
