here in NZ to have the car road worthy the car must have its scrub line etc set up correctly.

I may face issues with removing the rear tires on my current project. Unsure as yet as im still doing the front end.
Im hopeing with just fully extended bags I will be fine but I have also got a narrower than stock diff and will have a wheel offset to help.
Failing this I may need to unbolt the bolts on part of my triangulated four link to drop it lower.
or as my better half points out "We have nation wide road side assistance just get them to do it"

But really I have not had a flat tire once in my whole life.

The trick mentioned in the first post I doubt would be street legal here in NZ. For one the sight of wing nuts would be an instant NO. We have some very strong laws on vehicle certification and what may be let on our roads. Hard but good if you ask me and looking at some of the stuff I have seen online.

Have a laugh and a look at my folly useing the link in my sig.

I use my cooling system air dam to pull a vacuum in the tire to give me some room. It works in the shop and if I have a flat I figure the tire is flat and I'll have some wiggle room.
