Nothing says "cool", like crawling out of a car.

I really needed too, plus it was 20 ga so it was real flimsy. It's nice and rigid now.

Got the body off and going to the blaster tomorrow. Now to clean up and address a few things on the chassis..

Channel it an additional 4 inches and ADD 4 inches to the roof. That will really confuse people.

Seriously, I like the east coast look. I am 6 foot 5 and I would rather have bigger windows to see out of.

Which coast is that, considering that you are not on either coast?

I channeled my 34 Chevy 5 window coupe (5") and will have to sell it to someone 5-10 or less. Have a Glide seat as low as comfortable and my head touches the top with no headliner. 20-20 hind sight says I should have tested when channel plates were just tacked in or better yet on 4 jack stands (or blocks). At 78 it will be all I can do to finish it so raising back up is out. Just advice on BE SURE to test fit before sewing it all up.

  14. Like where you are going with this build. I am partial to the east coast style '33-'34 for one with no fenders.
