Stanley Kubrick, famous film maker/director, owned all of the lenses and the cameras that were used to make his film's, and he knew precisely how all of them worked and were designed. I always appreciated that about him!
BTW, I know only one or two of you are even the slightest bit interested in the camera nerd*****, but here's how the thing looks when****embled: Not sure how many of us are interested in camera stuff, but I’m thinking most of us appreciate quality stuff be it cameras, cars , photos etc. I know Jack***** about cameras, I could be a camera nerd, however I’m still trying to figure out my instamatic and I need another hobby like I need another hole in my head. Keep the cool***** rolling! Dan
Something fun to think about. This image by Eric Rickman: Was taken with the exact same lens (not model, but the EXACT lens) as this photo: I don't think Eric shot features with 35mm, but much of his candid work (this shot included) and his shoots at Bonneville were from a Leica M3 he bought off an old army buddy of his. The 90mm I have came from that kit. I got it as a gift from Wally Parks 25 years ago or so...
