Hot Rods Charlie the Halibrand wheel guy ???

Hey all, I've been off line for a while, been in motorcycle mode. I think his name was Charlie from the Indiana area, he sold Halibrand's on here occasionally. I have some newer sprints 5 on 5.5 pattern, 15-8's that I want to swap for 15-6's or 7's. with the same bolt pattern. Any help finding him would be appreciated.
