Interesting but not very resistant to road damage I would think.
Do you know if they still make them Danny?

Or of anyone who has been using one over a period of time long enough to evaluate it?

Larry, the axle was under the car for at least a year before I sold the car, My own personal opinion about them is they would be fine under a show car or trailer queen, in the real world hard driving they gave me a uneasy feeling, especially after witnessing the amount of movement in the wheels.

I don't know if Super Bell still makes them or not. HRP

I know someone who has had one for several years with plenty of road miles.
In fact one time on a highway out of town while travelling with that car, I witnessed one of those new s/s F1 type shock mounts break, just from bumps in the road. I can tell you that from there until we got to where we were going, the wheel without the shock was flappin' up and down all over the place! The axle was fine.
(We obviously stopped and he took the offending bracket and shock off. Replacement bracket the next day and it's been good ever since.)

I figured you had looked at that just after I stuck it on there last year. Amazing how around 800 of the same model car can all be just a bit different.

Of course, if you have it and want to spend it. As my dad used to say, "Rich or poor,it's god to have money".
