Cheap garage art

  1. Have you guys checked out the new 100 year boxes of oil from Havoline? They look pretty trick, if you ignore the bar code.

    man could you imagine being a kid in 1915 and seeing that flier posted on the wall at the local soda shop??? That thing is cool as hell today....back then it probably started a hundred youngsters down the hot rod path!

    Oh man, I started working in an auto parts store in high school, and the oil was in cans. About a year later it started coming in the plastic bottles, back then we sure thought those bottles looked strange! [​IMG]

    I still have a bunch of the oil can spouts lying around.

    SON-OF-A-***** I feel old now![​IMG]

    I still got 2 of them spouts myself and a funnel with the built in can opener! maybe a fella should be ebaying them relics! [​IMG]

    This would be as cheap as it can get. Find an old hubcap and stripe it yourself...It makes a nice piece of wall art.
