The first link appears to be a shop in Sacramento, CA, and if you follow a link from the page you posted a link for you can find more info plus even a video of how they make them.
The process involves vulcanizing white rubber onto the sidewall of the tire, similar to what Diamondback tire does. If you're a West cost resident, these might be the ticket to lots lower shipping costs than from DB in SC.
However for those of us closer to the East coast the shipping cost might run up the cost to where DB would be a better deal.
The other outfit appears to be in Japan.
Wonder if anybody has had any experience with The Calli tires in the first link?

Would be interesting to find out. I live in Colorado, and tires dont last long here. Intense sun, dry climate and shit roads so paying a lot for tires isnt something im interested in.

Yeah, done that before. No time for projects like that these days. Doing the dad thing and the 9-5 thing in my free time.

Any other calli buyers like what they’re running??? I’m about to buy a full set. I’ve had trouble with CClassic; DB has been great but hurts the pocket book.

I've heard of 9-5 but never seen it in real life. Its always 8-5. Do you really have a 9-5?

I had calli whites and yes they do turn brown and I always clean my tires weekly, plus I never liked that the whitewall didn’t go to the edge of the rim and you could see all the grinding marks around them. I’ve had all brands and so far my diamond backs have been the best but truth be told you get what you pay for it never fails
