looks like that 32 ford 5 window I went to look at a few weeks ago....which bore a striking resemblence to a 34 plymouth....

  7. If that thing is titled as a '32 Ford somebody pulled a fast one on the Texas DMV.

I posted b/c it is not a 32 ford... Looks like a Plymouth or ??? but definitely not a 32 ford.

It is just funny how he puts in "Henry ford steel"... everyone is jumping on the 32 big $$$ bandwagon

What's going on with the bumpers?? The front looks like a piece of box steel just bolted on and the rear...... ???

  17. Well, okay, maybe it's a Hudson, but weren't they made out of "Henry Ford steel"? At least the same kind of steel that Henry Ford probably bought.

Plus it comes with the ultra-rare "Edelbrock 350 engine."

Actually, I kind of like this car at first glance...body-wise and the cool 60's stance and Cragars... I dig it.:D
Ditch everything in the trunk and interior, the bumpers, the grill, headers, scoop, the taillights, etc..etc... leave the gold chain with the current owner..... But - to each his own.

And yeah.... NOT a '32 Ford. Not even as close as the '32 Model A's I see all the time, or the rare 1929 deuce coupe....

Check out the shot of the dash. It looks like he labeled the gauges with a label maker on the dash so you know what they are! Also in the description it said the body was chopped 4'! Man, them "32 Fords" must have had huge windows when they were stock!!

Brief front bumper is due to using up so much material on the rear one he ran out...bungee cord battery box top hold down, pastel green paint, I want to guess Dodge Aspen (?) taillights...so much is sweet*...

...but curse you Taylor for making those colored spark plug wires...that's my personal pet peeve...Jeez I hate that stuff.

A sophisticated version of the Hillbilly hotrod with all the automotive knowledge it takes to have one too! A 32 Hudson titled as a 32 Ford with a glass Model T radiator shell. I guess in hillbilly world a Deuce is a Deuce, Ford or not...NOT.

I am pretty sure they are mid 70's Dodge van taillights....sweet!

Gotta love the Harley logo embroidered on the door too.

I am thinking that auction should be reported to Ebay.

I wrote him and told him that this isn't a 32 Ford.

    His response...

"[FONT=Arial, Verdana]Why isnt it a ford body the rear was widened looks like a dodge."

    Um... yeah. That's why.
