Imagine the response if the truck didn't have fenders...

You know, I wouldnt put it in the same line as over skulling a truck... or cobweb grillz...

then again I wouldn't come on here and brag about it either... :)

I'm with the Ol Skool Rodz thing, looks like it would fall apart if it got hit. the customer wanted it and he did what he asked for, but no need to show it off.

I read it, Sounds like your rebuttel to make it O.K. as a traditional thing to do cus yer Grandpa's woulda done it.

Ive seen all sorta shit made into bumpers...
Logs, 2x10 Boards, Fence Posts, long big engine Cam shafts.. Does it make them Cool or Attractive ? NOOOO !

I dunno Man, I think people take the Innovative or "look At Me" shock value shit WAYYYY to far.

Just saying not all hotrods came from the coast line. Some actually came from the farm.

BIG MULE SHOE'S - hauling - like it is a truck - oh well

  7. Well, the gentleman asked what do you think!! I believe that got the responses. What I don't understand is the need to come on a public forum and ask. Makes me think they are insecure and looking for acceptance. I do something I like, and I don't really give a damn what someone elses opinions are.

LOLOL... Now it a REGIONAL thing ?

So does that mean i should get pics of the Bread Van that runs around The Beach with the Surf Boards bolted on for bumpers and post it up for approval ?

    Its a '50s Van with '60s Surf Boards ??

I live in a Citrus Ranch Community inland from the coast, Not a Big City... I know The Oldtimers that had hot rods here in the '40s~'70s and i have yet to see shit like this... They had some KooKie shit... But not Hokie crap like that.

Sorry for my ranting, But i dont think you shouldnt sell yourself out just cus you or that truck or anything else came from a Farm.

Hell, I find lots good old Ford parts on the Ranch's & Farms around here, But no Horseshoe Bumpers !

No, but it does mean you should take that ridiculous fucking fuel log off your cowl.
