Mostly some really nice stuff, and some not so nice stuff, interesting to note that even the pros with all the money and facilities available to them can still screw up a custom car sometimes.
The ford vega made me droooooll..... Wonder how well Ford wudda done with that model considering that the corvette came into production that year. Would've been better than having ford left in the "sport car dust".
The Ford Vega was at Hershey several years ago. Beaautiful car. It was just sold at B-J last week on maybe Wed. or Thur. It has a V8-60 engine.
There's a whole bunch of screen savers on that page! I think it's amazing how you can go from the Phantom Corsair, to the American Motors Cavalier.
Beautiful car, I remember seeing it a few years ago on TV, and the guy who maintains it and drives it said it's beauty is only skin deep, he said it's the most miserable car he's ever driven.
My son Russel lives and works in Belgium. I don't know where he found this GREAT site(concept cars). I will try to find out more info. when I talk to him today. Bob
I love these cars and have always wondered why more of the far-out cool looking stuff didn't make it into production. Some of it wouldn't be practical, but some of it would just be cosmetics and no problem, but they didn't do it. What a shame.
Put a little flake on the Ford 'Gyron' and 'Nucleon' and you'd swear they came out of Plowboy's shop.
compairing some of the ford concept over the years to the others makes you understand there posision in the market place today. man were some of those ugly. love the vega though.
