cheep easy out that works

find a nut that is the right size weld the nut on the snapped off part of the bolt where ever as long as it's flush or protruding .

the combination of the heat and the extra tourque of the nut gets it out

i've used it a few times and it works & simple

Very good tech. I got a buddy in a machine shop that uses that technique all the time. It definitely does work well!
