   what do I run for a flexplate? Tryed one today and it didn't fit.

   I believe that the conversion kits come with a modified small block flexplate.

   The only one I remember seeing was made by:
   
   Buffalo Enterprises
   ARLINGTON, WA
   
   I think that he fabricated one using a 235 (powerglide) and small block flex plate.
