How do you split a 216 manifold?

Weld a block plate into the rear of the heat rise box, then cut hole in rear underside of manifold and weld on another exhaust dump.

Get someone that knows how to weld cast. Just had my split manifold repaired, the old weld broke, actually the part that was on the manifold was rusty looking. Make sure it's clean, sanblast and even grind down where the weld will be for a good bind.

hole saw, that's what I use but I make my hole on the side instead of underneath.
