    5 windows can't be chopped too much as the corner window get to small. 3 windows you can go more and they still look good. I like the laid back style myselfon the A pillars.

  3. Check these out. I know the last one is a 3 window, but the chop is perfect.

    i say chop it, but who am i to make the call, i chopped one and left the center rear window stock, just like the red and black one above. leave the center rear stock size, just lower it to the body line, make all the other window proportionate to the rear and it looks good!

    I think a 5w can be chopped but two things have to happen here;

    1: the 1/4 windows need to be cut out, then chop it and put the uncut windows back in when done.

    2: 1 to 2 inches max.

    also if you section the truck it looks soooo good with it chopped, otherwise it looks kinda funny somethimes because the doors look so big...

    I didn't like the porportions chopped so I did this. 3" channel, 2 1/2" section.

  10. I just pulled in with the new project.

    I had a deal for cab and doors and glass for $200.00... He ended up giving me complete bed and hood. Also for another $100.00 all for fenders I am picking those up later...

  13. Looks really nice... I been doing some researching and I think what I like best is chop and section together. No just a chop. I am going to start doing other parts of the project first before I start cutting just to make sure I am doing what I really want...

  14. my problem with chopping these is the hood looks 2 feet tall with a heavy chop.
    mine was a five window. I filled them because of the extended cab. I chopped it 4 inches then took 5 inches out of the hood and channeled the rest of the cab to do away with running boards
