I have a 54 Chevy with a 235 six cyl. I really wabt to runa multi carb set up. I think I'm going with 3 1v. Your $.02 on what carbs I should use and where I can get them.

Carter W-1 model 574s. Took me a year to find 3 on e-bay and 3 rebuild kits. Mech. not vacuum circuit and they don't leak like Rottenchester's do. Worth the wait. Make sure your 3x1 manifold clears the firewall and linkage (if it's 3/tree)

what intake do you have? different intakes require either the small bore 1bbls or the larger one's....

was running a ellis 2x1 with W-1's, which ****ed in my opinion, and now running a offy with 3x1's but running the stock 54 chevy rochester bc's and it's great....

newer rochesters can be made to work, you can also run small 2vs with adapters, like the holley weber, but carters seem to be the most popular choice.
