my first post folks so dont shoot me down! built a 235 for my wife's 53 chevy, looking at automatic transmission options. anyone know if a turbo 350 can be adapted to it? the "cast iron" powerglide has lots to be desired. all help welcomed!
Yes, adapters exist to plug later Chevy trans to the 235. Cheaper to run a manual like a T5 though so far as I know.
I think there was a whole thread on this subject 2 or 3 days ago. A lot of good info. Try the search, you should find it.
