Chevy 350 and a Ford toploader

    Ive heard people of doing a chevy motor and a toploader. Has it been done. What would would you need to make it work. Thanks

    Yes it can be done, my dad did it 30 plus years ago back in his circle track days. I don't recall what is needed to make it work thought.

    Use a late Olds bellhousing with a 3/16 adapter plate to the chev engine. A ford top loader will bolt right up to the Olds bellhousing.

    My cousin did it back in the early 60's. He had a 265 in his 32 5 window. He told me then he regrettted not using an entire GM driveline, as he was unhappy with making his adapters work.
